How do I turn the bus on?
All our buses work the same way: press E for the master switch, E again for ignition, then hold E to start the engine.
My bus is black!
OMSI has a 2GB memory limit by default. Install the 4GB Patch from the Installer or Updater and the colour comes back.
I haven't received my download link
After payment you get an email with your link, serial key and instructions. Check spam first; if it really isn't there, use Self help to resend it or open a ticket.
I've lost my download link
Use Self help → Resend download email. Enter your purchase email and order number (SP####) and it arrives in minutes.
Where can I find repaints?
Every bus ships with a repaint pack. Install it from the Installer or Updater under “Repaint Pack”. Your favourite OMSI forum has plenty more.
